Located in the quaint historic village of Mount Morris, New York, Blue Rose Bed and Breakfast was recognized for our commitment to preserving history and was awarded the 2022 Small Business Award for Historic Preservation by The Landmark Society of Western New York. We are very proud to be listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Our location is perfect for nature lovers, as we are only 5 minutes from the north entrance to Letchworth State Park, the "Grand Canyon of the East", and within walking distance of downtown restaurants and shops.
The Gardens
Welcome to our charming Victorian Bed and Breakfast!
Our Victorian gardens, enclosed by a beautiful original wrought iron fence, are filled with colorful perennials and surrounded by brick walkways. Our historic downtown, including several beautiful hand-painted murals, is within walking distance to many restaurants. Antique stores filled with many treasures await you there. The tea house, gift shop, homemade ice cream, and gluten-free bakery are unique additions to our downtown.
After a day of exploring, relax on our comfortable wicker chairs on the front porch with a cup of tea or coffee and enjoy the view.
Interior Spaces
Guests are welcome to enjoy the elegant living room featuring period antiques or the Victorian parlor sitting by the original fireplace.
The front entrance hallway is also a lovely sitting area to unwind with a cup of tea and a book by the gas fireplace.
In the morning, we offer a gourmet breakfast with separate seating at 8:00 and 9:00 a.m. for social distancing, if requested.
All bedchambers are located on the second floor accessed by the decorative multilevel oak staircase.
